1”X4” CEDAR TRIM OVER ALL T-111 SEAMS,
USING SHERWIN WILLIAMS PRODUCTS:
CAULK & SEAL: REMOVE ALL OLD CAULK AND APPLY PREMIUM ACRYLIC SEALANT “PRISTINE” TO ALL SEAMS AND EDGES. CAULK ALL SEAMS BUTTING UP TO WOOD THAT WE PAINT.
PRIME (BRUSH ON) THE NEW RAW WOOD & SCRAPED WOOD, WITH EXTERIOR ACRYLIC WOOD PRIMER.
POWER WASH ENTIRE STRUCTURE.
APPLY 2 COATS OF SHERWIN WILLIAMS DURATION EXTERIOR LATEX SATIN PAINT ON ALL EXTERIOR WOOD AND FENCES.
‘URBANE BRONZE’, 7048, ON ALL ABOVE AND INCLUDING
GUTTERS, SOFFITS, FASCIA’S, CHIMNEY, VENT PIPES,
DOWNSPOUTS AND ON BOTH FENCE SIDES.
HOMEOWNER WILL THEN CHOOSE THEIR SIDING COLOR FROM THE HOA SELECTION OFFERED.
ALL TRASH & EXTRA MATERIALS MUST BE CLEARED FROM THE PROPERTY.
NO WORK VEHICLES CAN BE PARKED ON PROPERTY OVERNIGHT.
